I was in Fukushima on a trip with a national discount and stopped by Miyazumi Sake Brewery to buy some Collage to commemorate the trip 😊I tried to buy a bottle of Collage but they didn't sell it 👍I asked the sales clerk about the difference between Collage and Miyazumi and he said Miyazumi is more spicy 🤔They have a Junmai Ginjo which is more affordable and standard. Take it home 😊.
I was not able to open the bottle until after I returned from my trip, but I enjoyed it with the memories of my trip 🤤 I am the brewery that makes Collage, so it was a delicious sake that I like.
