When I went to Akita, I decided to buy some local sake at a roadside station.
I chose one from a lineup of hiyaoroshi sake from several different breweries and enjoyed it with kiritanpo hot pot in the evening.
It had been a long time since I had had sake, but it was easy to drink with a soft sweetness, and the rice flavor was very good.
