Today, we had a cup of Odate-sama from the Yamaki Sake Brewery, which we bought at the supermarket 😋.
The aroma is nice and umakuchi type 😊The taste of beautiful rice and sweetness spreads in the mouth 😚.
After that, the acidity was nice and slowly faded away in the aftertaste 😘I thought it would be absolutely delicious warmed up 😘I'll try heating it up tomorrow 🫡.
