Mie Taki town sake. It is a rare sake that is said to be hard to find outside of the prefecture. I just happened to discover it at a liquor store in Kyoto, Japan!
It is quite easy to drink and refreshing, but a robust flavor follows afterwards. It is quite easy to drink and refreshing, but the robust flavor follows afterwards.
It is very tasty, and I can gobble it up with sake as my main drink.
I served it with macaroni, simmered clams, and smoked cheese. I am looking forward to eating it again.
