Kudokutake! This is one of the original sakes that got me into drinking sake.
But this one doesn't have the usual smoldering aroma, and it's sharp. The spiciness that comes afterwards is also quite good.
It was born during the Corona disaster. It is amazing that they continue to create new things even in this situation.
