ハナトひろ
I love Daishichi Junmai Namaishige because it is available at a local supermarket and still very tasty.
I bought it at Imai Sake Shop in Maebashi. I was going to drink it with my relatives who were going home for the Obon holiday, but there was a traffic jam of sake, so I didn't get a chance to drink it. So it appeared for tonight's dinner. We drank Harukaze, or rather, had it in parallel with Harukaze. It was delicious, and I recommended it to my husband, who is basically a beer drinker. Today's menu consisted of fried eggplant with vinegared miso, pickled herring, and pork shabu-shabu. I think the pork shabu was the best match. It was delicious.
