I bought this at the Fish Market in Owase when I walked along the Umaokoshi Pass on the Kumano Kodo Ise Road. It is rich and dry, with a hint of sweetness and umami. It is not my usual favorite sake, but it is delicious. I heard they use yeast fermented with natural lactic acid bacteria. ★★★★☆ Junmai Sake Alcohol content: 15 Sake degree: +7 Acidity: 1.8
