Aizu Nishiki is located in Takago-cho, Kitakata City, a short distance from the city center of Kitakata.
It is a sake made with Koshihikari🌾 produced in terraced rice paddies, limited to the Uekiya Hanpukai.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
On the palate, it has a slight bitter taste that finishes with the sweetness of lightly muddled rice.
It was delicious!
