Fuji Taikan本醸造 紫ラベル 辛口初しぼり生酒
MashalaI bought it at a local liquor store because I was attracted by the POP of "It's in stock! POP" at a local liquor store.
It is a local brand of Morishima!
It is not as dry as "dry", but has a slight sweetness and umami of rice, and goes down smoothly. Just right for nabe (hot pot).
This is too cosy for 1,000 yen 😋.
