My favorite brewery, Hakuryu Shuzo's freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake.
The brewery delivered a new unfiltered, freshly squeezed sake to us on 11/12.
The taste was more refreshing and dry than usual. There was no miscellaneous taste or alcohol, it had a sweetness of rice in the dry taste and went perfectly with Japanese food😄.
I bought some other new sake with them and I'm really looking forward to it 👏.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice polishing rate: 60%.
