This sake has been stored in the Kurobe Dam for about two years. It was released last month and went on sale at liquor stores on July 19. It is also sold on the dedicated website, but Katsuma has been sold out from the beginning. According to a friend of mine at Kansai Electric Power Company, it was sold out at a prior employee sale.
Now let's see how it tastes. The corners have been completely removed, and it is smooth and silky. It is so easy to drink that it goes down smoothly. I would like to stock more, but there is no room in the fridge 😭
