The color was a little yellowish, and the aroma was mild. The aroma is mild.
The taste is acidic and crisp (is this what Mr. Kobayashi meant by "beautiful acidity"? There was a hint of sweetness afterwards.
The drink was easy to drink without interfering with the food.
