金猫魔
Tottori souvenirs, Tottori sake drinking comparison!
Takayusami from Otani Shuzo, this is a junmai ginjo sake made from Yamadanishiki and Tamasakae, Tottori's sake rice.
I wanted to stop by Otani Shuzo because it was on my way (from Hokuei-cho to Matsue) as well as Umezu Shuzo, but both were closed...too bad.
This one was purchased at Fukada Sake Shop in front of Yonago Station.
Gentle aroma,
Slightly dry, sweet at first, then sour and astringent,
Then sourness, astringency, and a spicy dryness that sticks in your throat.
It has a spicy dry taste,
The alcohol content is higher than the alcohol content,
It has a lingering aftertaste,
It is like Nakadare, mellow, full-bodied, and wildly delicious!
It's just like it's in "Mishinbo"!
