This is the second "Suminoe Suminoe" following "Tenpoichi" which is recommended by a senior colleague at work. I found it at Koike Sake Shop when I bought "Kuroryu" and bought it together with "Sasanigori" 😊I was curious about the "Sas" in "Sasanigori" and picked it up. I like the sound of "Sasa" because it sounds cute 🤭.
It is made from "Gohyakumangoku" rice, 60% polished rice, and 16% alcohol by volume.
The aroma is mild and fresh, with a hint of rice sweetness and a lingering aftertaste. This is my favorite again 🤤The name and label are hard, so it's hard to buy it on the first visit 😅I'm glad it was recommended to me 😊Thanks for the treat 🙏.
