It was different from the Houou Mita I had drunk before, but I bought it without worrying because I have trust in the brewing company.
As a result, I was very satisfied. I bought a bottle and the aroma, taste, and aftertaste were all wonderful, and the sake was always of such a high level that I could enjoy the changes in taste over time. I would buy Houou Mita again if I find it again, as I am sure I can find any label for it.
