On the way back from a walk in the local plum grove, I bought some sake at a direct sales shop. I was excited to buy a Jun Daigin sake from the Asahara Sake Brewery, which brews Biwa no Sazanami, but... mmmm... sweet rice aroma? I'm not sure if it's good when heated up.... No...there is no such thing as heated sake in Daizyungin...I never thought I would encounter such a sake nowadays...it's not my favorite sake...too bad...
