Since it was New Year's, I chose it by name, the cheapest of the three varieties available. The owner of my usual liquor store encouraged me to choose this one, saying that expensive sake has a stronger aroma and that this one would be just right.
Otters, after all! It was delicious. This is what fruity sake is all about! I left the rest at my parents' house, but it was a delicious sake.
