Zodiac sign label? New Year's sake? It seems to have started last year, but I had no idea.
It seems to be brewed with Hachikan-nishiki and a raw sake yeast.
I think it had a strong acidity, but it tasted rich and delicious. It goes well with sea urchin and yuba appetizers.
The Chinese version I drank first had a strong impact on me, but I may or may not have enjoyed it more if I drank it separately.
