Mellow sake. My impression when I opened my mouth and drank it cold was that it was corn tea (lol), but after about 5 days, I felt the taste became mellower, more angular, and sweeter! The last one I tried heating it up and the aroma was soooo sweet and nice.
You may like it or not, but I like it. It's amazing to make sake from brown rice. That's what I'm talking about ✨Niimasa!
