Maybe it's the olive influence, but anyway, it's refreshing while filling the mouth from start to finish.
As the temperature settles down, the sweetness and fruitiness increases 😋.
On the second day, I heated it up 😊.
When served hot, the citrus sweet astringency appeared and then was filled with the olive glaze 🤤.
I don't recommend warming it up to the jumpy warmth because the flavor profile will be blurred 😰.
