Rakunoyo山廃純米 無濾過 滓絡み 生原酒
まつちよ
I was curious about the Raku no Se that was recommended in the comments of other postings, so I looked it up and found that it was served at a local bar, so I went to taste it.
The initial aroma was mild and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a rich, full-bodied sweetness and acidity with tropical overtones.
The brewery was originally a subcontractor of Kenrishi, and recently started selling their own brand. We are eager to support this brewery.
I like rich, mellow umami-guchi type wines with sweetness, acidity, and umami.
If you have any recommendations of the same type, please let me know!
