I haven't had a Kaze no Mori in quite a while. I bought it because I wanted a low-alcohol drink, and the fact that it is 500ml is also nice for me personally. It has a refreshing summery taste, and the acidity leaves a lingering aftertaste to finish it off. The acidity is mild without being angular, making it easy to drink. The sweetness and umami are also on the palate without forgetting. I tried my best to drink it on two separate days.
