SuruI purchased a bottle of Ura Mutsu Hachisen at a liquor store that I always patronize. It seems to be handled only by a limited number of liquor stores, so I felt like I got a good deal 😄.
It has a nice aroma and juicy and delicious flavor all at once.
I paired it with sashimi of kogomi and natural sea bream.
I used fresh green pepper as condiments instead of wasabi.
