bouken
Purchased at Liquor House Rokko-michi store located under the JR elevated railway nearby after Koamichika where I purchased Fuyuki and Daisetsuken.
A chain store with several stores in Kobe
I've known the store for a long time and I've been there before, but I've never bought sake 😅.
I think I bought juice and local sauce when I went there before 🤔.
My impression this time was that there are a lot of Miyagi sake.
Ichinokura, Katsuyama, Urakasumi, etc.
I think they had Haginotsuru when I went there in the past 🤔.
Personally, I was interested in Aizan from Niigata's Koshitsuka Sake Brewery.
I haven't had Daikoku Masamune in a while.
Low temperature aging with one fire.
It has sweetness, but also umami and acidity. It is basically a food sake, but it seems to be versatile in temperature range, and I think it is an all-rounder type of sake that is easy to use.
Daikoku Masamune's Junmai Ginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu was my favorite fruity and sweet-tasting sake, but it is a pity that it is no longer available.
