ねむち
Oita Prefecture, Kunitachi City. Kayashima Sake Brewery Ltd.
Nishinoseki Handmade Junmai
Yes, this is Nishinoseki.
I don't drink much sake from Oita, and the small bottle made it easy for me to try it even if I had never had it before.
I had it cold.
The color is clear and colorless.
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a grain-like aroma and alkali aroma.
It has a thick flavor and rich sweetness, and is full-bodied and mellow. It also has a slightly nutty flavor.
The aftertaste has a classical Japanese sake flavor.
As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes more apparent, the classicality subsides, and the taste becomes mellower.
I prefer it at room temperature.
