This brand is a sake with the desire to be a source of high quality pleasure... Since I started drinking sake, I have always thought that sake should be drunk that way, and it has become one of my favorite brands.
I was attracted by the impact of the white malted rice and the happy yellow label.
Fresh citrusy aroma.
Lemon-like acidity, a freshness without any cloying taste, and a bitterness like fresh radish. At the end, you feel a clear crispness. This was my first white malted rice sake, and I think it is a perfect refreshing sake for the hot, humid summer!
