I went to the liquor store to make a reservation for another sake, and they had it!
That's what I call an encounter!
My impression was that it was a graceful and elegant sake!
It's got the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and it's very tasty both as a food sake and on its own!
It starts with a moderate sense of gas and sweetness
