Honjozo from Ippongi Kubo Honten, a common home brewed sake available at supermarkets in Fukui Prefecture.
Aroma of alcohol and rice. Gentle sweet aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages. The mouthfeel is very soft and fresh. It is sweet and spicy, with little bitterness.
It is a very easy to drink sake.
It was served cold.
