I was impressed by the acidity in the aftertaste, but I ordered it by the glass at the restaurant, so maybe it was oxidized?
I like the fruitiness of the pear-like flavor when I first sip it. The acidity in the aftertaste was not really my taste. It is said to be easy to drink, and indeed it may be easy to drink for those who don't like the rich flavors unique to sake, but for me it lacks a bit of umami, perhaps because the meat was too delicious.
