This product was originally planned to be served at Japanese and kappo restaurants in the Manhattan area.
The name "Manhattan" is derived from the "Man" in "Gohyakumangoku" and "Hachitan Nishiki" as well as the main purpose of the project.
The flamboyant label of "THE America" attracts the eye, but Hachitan-nishiki is very rare because of the snowdrifts in Oze.
It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a delicate, fine-grained, clean taste. Smooth, light, and fruity sweetness in harmony.
It looks like a hamburger. It is a classic that goes well with Japanese food.
