Maruka Oyasama, it seems to read. It is a kind of Yoshi Tsuyousei. I bought a bottle of it just for the heck of it. It was not registered at Sake-no-wa, so I guess it is not widely drunk.
The label says it is both mellow and sharp, which I love. When I drank the second bottle, I felt the mellowness.
I felt the mellowness. I felt mellow, but could not tell the sharpness. I will try again tomorrow.

It has a strong sweetness, but it doesn't feel tangled or sticky, so it keeps the cup going. So this is what it means to have a sharp taste. The low alcohol creates a good sense of balance. This is good.
