It's been a long time since I drank sake at home 🍶 It's a Viridian from Shinmasa. 2023 was a bad harvest year and the rice was not good. The production was also very low.
I heard that it was a very difficult year to brew, but it tastes just as good as the usual Shinsei. I have no idea what the difference is ❓❓🤔
