We had some time before our meeting, so we had a quick drink.
A light cloudy sake with a gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness.
It has a little bit of acidity, a refreshing acidity, and a good amount of sweetness and umami.
It has a gaseous taste that I like, so I think I'll buy some for home use next year!
