This is Yamaguruma Junmai Kamisumi. We visited a sake brewery before and talked with the owner, but she said there is no clear sake in Hida. I'm not so sure about this time, but I'll take the Kamisumi you recommended! This is a local rice called "Hidahomare", and it is unfiltered and limited! That's why I bought it. It's a dry, matt, umami type with a heavy, thick taste.
