Sake found in the refrigerator at my parents' house.
(The doctor at my mother's osteopathic clinic is from Akita, and she once gave me a bottle of Yukino Kayasha to celebrate my father's birthday, so I guess she gave it to me again.)
Quite a refreshing taste.
The taste of clean water is followed by a ginjo aroma, and then the sweetness of the rice begins to stand out.
The pleasant taste of clean water is excellent.
When heated, it has a fresh muscat aroma.
The fresh muscat aroma stands out.
A refreshing acidity emerges and disappears surprisingly quickly.
But I think the clear water flavor is the most notable feature of this sake. So, I think it is better to drink it cold.
