KUROHIGE
This is the first Honjozo I've bought myself.
I've always avoided it because I don't like the strong feeling of brewing alcohol, but this is certainly easy to drink as they say. It's delicious.
The aroma is subdued. It's sweet but crisp.
It's sweet but crisp... I think that's what it means... but I'm not sure.
