Entry: Sweet grapey aroma, smooth and clean.
In the mouth: Beautiful sweetness and firm rice flavor, no gas and no acidity.
Aftertaste: A strong umami taste that spreads from the back of the tongue to the throat with a hint of bitterness.
The impression is more beautiful and easy to drink than the last time I drank it. The image of Hououmita is clean and the umami comes with a bang. It is delicious and I recommend it, but I personally prefer it with a little less umami.
