A different brand from Kure, which is famous for its dry taste. Dokure" means "sulking" in the Tosa dialect. It is a pun on the name of a place in Kure, but the taste is strong. It has a more gorgeous flavor than Kure and gives the impression of being easy to drink, but the aftertaste is very sharp and tastes great with sashimi. If you eat bonito, this is the one to drink.
