One of two bottles of "Yamatan Masamune" that an acquaintance brought me the other day when he came to visit.
It has a faintly sweet aroma.
It has a gentle taste, but it has a strong umami flavor and goes down the throat while leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Easy to drink and delicious.
I drank a different sake from my friend, so I feel sorry for him....
I heard that lukewarm heating is also recommended, so I would like to try it.
