A bottle that I chose for some reason. I guess many people were wondering which one to choose, Senkou or Sentori. My salary is not enough to buy both and compare them.
I wondered what kind of sake rice Aikoku was, but it was covered and introduced.
The flavor profile of the rice is more distinct on the tongue than the Houou Mita I usually drink. At the same time, I had the sense that I was drinking a proper Hououmida. It is an amazing sake brewery, and I have great respect for them.
