First snowman: ⛄️
The first time I opened the bottle, I could feel the gas coming out of the bottle lol😆.
The balance of the sourness and the choufu and the sourness is very well balanced and it tastes great. ☺️ I have the impression that the bitterness at the end of the bottle is quite restrained and the alcohol content of 13% makes it a very easy to drink sake✨.
It's like a dessert sake, similar to Junmai Daiginjyo from Kakusu Mori 🍨.
