Purchased on a business trip to Kumamoto at the end of R4.4
I bought it at Lawson at the same time as KAMEMAN because it is a local sake of Kumamoto.
(just after opening).
Opened it cold at room temperature.
The color was slightly yellow and the sake was not viscous.
Sake-like aroma of rice, and at the same time, a mellow aroma like Shaoxing sake.
In the mouth, a robust, mellow, rich taste like that of Shaoxing sake appears at first, but quickly disappears.
The aftertaste is gentle and sweet, with a short aftertaste.
It goes down the throat smoothly.
No harshness or harshness of alcohol even when drunk cold.
It is characterized by a firm and heavy taste that is different from the umami taste of Fukuoka sake.
I also felt the same with Zuitaka, a Kumamoto sake that I drank before, but I wonder if Kumamoto's local sake has a unique dryness or dryness.
It tastes so good that I am glad I drank it cold before drinking it cold.
The date of manufacture is listed as R3.10, half a year ago, and I wonder how much that affected the taste.
Also, the box is retro and stylish!
(The day after opening)
When I drank it cold, all the flavors I felt on the first day became mild and not so good.
Personally, I prefer it cold.
(5 days after opening)
When I drank it cold again, it tasted better than cold sake.
