This is the first bottle brewed by Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery in the Hekun cellar at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. As a fan of Kamikawa Daisetsuke, it is hard to resist.
The aroma is mildly pear-like. In the mouth, the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads in a fresh texture. As the temperature rises, the aroma of Muscat leaves the nose. After that, a little bitterness follows, and it smoothly disappears afterwards. The temperature returns to a more comfortable level. The Kamikawa Taisetsu is delicious after all! I look forward to seeing more of them in the future.
