On the day of the Spring Equinox, Gobashi rides? It is a Junmai Daiginjo Peach Color Nigori, a popular sake brewed with red yeast by Sakai Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is hard to see large bottles these days because it blows when you open it, so it is hard to get it to stop blowing, but the impact was great ๐They seem to be making smaller bottles these days and reducing the fizz, but it had a nice shwashy fizz and smooth texture that went well with the strawberries for dessert ๐.
