Comparison with Summer Ginjo
I was surprised at the sweetness of the first sip, and was surprised at how different the taste was from that of the ginjo with only a 10% change in the rice polishing ratio, but after a few sips I couldn't really tell the difference!
The aroma of this sake is also refreshing and spreads in the mouth, but it quickly fades away.
The Daiginjo probably had stronger aroma and sweetness, I'm sure!
