It has a fresh and sweet aroma. It is colorless and transparent. Bon appétit: ☺️ The acidity is extremely gentle and moderate. It spreads easily in the mouth without any resistance. It is very gentle and too easy to drink 😅. It reaches your throat very quickly. Instantly, a thin layer of pickled burdock flavor appears on the upper jaw, which instantly turns into a taste like a mixture of cream and Mont Blanc, and disappears as soon as you feel a whiff of it. I don't know what you are talking about for a minute 😌. It's kind of like a dessert. The last sake is served lukewarm. The gentle acidity is followed by an elegant broth-like flavor, and finally, at the back of the throat, the taste changes to a grapefruit-like flavor that is both moderately sour and sweet. The lingering taste was a flicker of bitterness on the upper jaw. I still don't think you know what I'm talking about 😅.
