When I stopped by a liquor store on a short trip, I saw Kaze no Mori on the shelves and picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for heating up as the weather turned colder. I picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for warming up, and looked at it.
The clerk whispered to me that some Kaze no Mori was going to be sold out.
I am a sucker for words like "limited edition" and "final.
I quietly put the ALPHA 5 in my hand back on the shelf and took home a few bottles that I had decided to drink at New Year's, along with ALPHA 3, the last of the Kaze no Mori bottles to be fired up.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was slightly subdued and very clear.
When I drank it, I found that it was different from any other Kaze no Mori I had drunk so far in that it was wonderfully clear with no distinctive complexity.
If you drink it without knowing it, you may not be able to tell that you are drinking Kaze no Mori. I think so.
It's quite tasty in its own way!
I hear that advances in refrigerated transport have made it possible to deliver fresh sake even to foreign countries.
What a waste that technological advances have made it impossible to drink..,
