Kudokibe Bakuren. According to the owner, "Bakuren" is a dialect word from Yamagata meaning "a woman who is a slacker. I was told that it was quite dry, but it was mellower than I expected, with a light sweetness and fruity flavor. On this day, I enjoyed it with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) as a mealtime sake.
