ハガネ
Cold sake of Yonezuru with grated whitebait.
The combination was recommended by the restaurant and was a perfect match. Even as a cold sake, the ginjo aroma and flavor are strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing, and it is delicious both with the pickles and on its own. Next time, I would like to try the snacks listed on the back of the label.
