When opened, the sake had a slightly cloying taste with an image of mellow flavor rushing in. The second day after drinking, however, the oxidation process made the mundane taste disappear, and the mellow flavor transformed into a terribly delicious sake. It is a sake that should be tasted on the second day after opening!
